This movie is bonkers. 80s Hong Kong martial arts action mixed into an 18th century France period drama. A lot of feral woods-people wearing mostly furs. Human and animal monsters who are equally implausible. I saw the even longer 2.5hr director's cut version, it was at least an hour too long.
